Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Regional Marketing Executive to lead the management of a new social media account dedicated to KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) content. This role will focus on working with internal staff to produce authentic and educational content that highlights our expertise, products, and technologies in a way that strengthens brand credibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, social media trends, and building authentic brand communities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Set up, manage, and grow the company's dedicated KOC social media account.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare reports with recommendations.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal staff to create authentic and educational content (videos, posts, infographics).
  • Turn complex product and technical information into easy-to-understand, engaging stories.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and positioning.

Engagement & Community Building

  • Interact with followers by responding to comments and encouraging discussions.
  • Drive participation from internal staff to showcase real voices and experiences.
  • Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends to introduce fresh ideas.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager/Director to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with product and sales teams to gather insights for content planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin content management is an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to transform technical insights into engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
