About the role

SKI F&B Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this contract role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content to promote our diverse range of food and beverage brands across Sabah, Malaysia. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  2. Create and curate compelling, on-brand content that aligns with our marketing strategy and resonates with our target audience
  3. Monitor and analyse social media metrics to identify trends and optimise content performance
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and impactful
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content
  4. Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies
  6. Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  7. Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations
