About the Role

We're on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team If you have a passion for branding, campaign execution, and digital engagement, this is your opportunity to make an impact across both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and requests. Develop and distribute regular member communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements. Maintain accurate member contact information and preferences in the database.

Develop and implement member retention strategies to increase renewal rates. Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction. Conduct member surveys and gather feedback to improve programs and services.

Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Generate reports and analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage the collection of membership fees, including invoicing, processing payments, and tracking outstanding balances. Set up and maintain online payment systems for membership renewals and event registrations. Process credit card payments, checks, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.

Maintain accurate records of all membership payments and event revenue. Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports related to membership and events. Work with the finance department to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Respond to member inquiries regarding billing and payment issues. Resolve payment discrepancies and process refunds as needed.

Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including campaign, expo fair, conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings. Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, and suppliers.

Coordinate with it, operation and logistics, including venue selection, setup, manpower planning, registration, and equipment neccessary. Manage event registration and attendance tracking. Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise.

Work with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including email, social media, and website updates. Create event-related materials, such as brochures, flyers, banner and presentations. Track event attendance and gather feedback to improve future events

What We're Looking For

SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh grads with strong internship experience are welcome)

Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

Proficient in social media platforms and basic marketing tools

A creative mindset with an eye for detail
