As a Hotel Receptionist with Rafflesia Holidays Sdn Bhd at Hotel 17, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all our guests. This full-time position is a vital part of our guest services team, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our hotel.

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, checking them in and out efficiently.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting guests with providing recommendations about the local area.
• Answering and managing incoming telephone calls, E-mails and messages.
• Maintaining accurate guest records and front desk documentation.
• Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns.
• Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local language(s) is a bonus.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; a college degree or higher qualification is considered an asset.
