  • Operate and monitor packaging machines according to company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Set up machines for each production run, including calibration and adjustment of settings.
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency, removing any defective items.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers and quantities produced.
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure smooth operation.
  • Report mechanical issues or downtime to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
  • Follow all workplace safety rules, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
  • Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/packaging environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand production instructions and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs/kg.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
