Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support

  • Provide daily functional and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, especially Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Project Management, Sales & Purchase Orders).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for D365-related issues, queries, and enhancement requests.
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd level support to users across global entities, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.

Incident & Request Management

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within D365 F&O and integrated systems.
  • Log, prioritize, monitor, and document support tickets using the internal ticketing system.
  • Escalate technical issues to internal IT teams or third-party vendors when necessary.

Change & Enhancement Management

  • Manage and deliver Application Change Requests (ACRs) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Support system upgrades, patch cycles, and deployment phases, including testing and validation.
  • Conduct functional testing on system updates, integrations, and enhancements before go-live.

Documentation & Training

  • Prepare and maintain user guides, SOPs, process maps, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in conducting user training and onboarding sessions for D365 functionalities.

Audit & Compliance

  • Provide required system data, reports, and documentation to support audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies when handling system changes.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance and/or Project modules preferred).
  • Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line functional support in a D365 environment.
  • Good understanding of finance processes (AR, AP, GL) and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documenting functional specifications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms for change management.
  • Experience working with ISVs and third-party Dynamics vendors is an advantage.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of D365 data structures.
  • Exposure to IBM iSeries environments is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and SDLC processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM10,500.00 per month
