Job scope

  • Assist Production Supervisor & engineer to run plant and manage production output
  • Assist to carry out routine checks, trouble shooting on all breakdown issues. Ensure that all machines operates at the desired efficiency level
  • Observes temperature and steam pressure gauges, flowmeters, valves and etc, to regulate temperature and flow of material in equipment according to the SOP.
  • Records and tests samples for conformity according to plant standards at critical control points.
  • Carry out the process of inter-tank transfer of end product or raw materials
  • Maintain machine and plant buildings

Requirement :

  • Minimum Diploma
  • 1-2 years experience in chemical or oleochemicals industries
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP & FSSC standard
  • Willing to work in shifts and overtime.
  • Good communication skill and fast learner
