Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning, schedule & managing projects or given tasks
  • Accomplishing projects & given tasks within the timeframe.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

· Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved and gather feedback on support services.

· Liaise with the engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.

  • Performing skilled technical work, such as testing and assists in analysing problem / supporting / maintaining at a processing systems.
  • Support finance/admin departments to do banking transaction & documents delivery as per assigned.

Willing to travel within Malaysia as required.

Qualification Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Required language(s): English, Malay.

Required Skill(s):

Electronics knowledge, including understanding of circuits and components.

Proficiency in soldering and reworking electronic components.
