Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any related field
  2. Experience in Construction and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) would be an added advantage
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  4. Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)
  5. A team player and possesses a good teamwork
  6. Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word
  7. Willing to travel as and when required
  8. Position is based in Perodua Sentral, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  1. To conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed project proposals.
  2. To prepare the preliminary building design.
  3. To create technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) for procurement and construction activities.
  4. To prepare the project cost estimation and establish project timelines.
  5. To liaise with related authorities on Development Orders to secure necessary approvals on building plans and Certification of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
  6. To lead the tender preparations and tender evaluation process.
  7. To coordinate with internal related departments to ensure operational requirements are met for building construction and renovation projects.
  8. To be the coordinator with Consultants and Contractors throughout the construction activity
