About Us

Tupel 3D is a British med-tech company that designs and manufactures precision 3D scanning products used by professionals across the UK, Europe, the US and many other countries. All products are developed in-house, from optics and electronics to software and industrial design.

As part of our international expansion, we are building our marketing function in Malaysia to strengthen our brand and support a growing global distributor network.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful marketer who wants to play a key role in shaping how Tupel is presented to the world.

The Role

This is a high-impact marketing position where you will help define and execute our global marketing strategy across digital platforms, distributor channels, and product communications. You will work closely with the leadership team, including direct collaboration with leadership in Malaysia, to build clear messaging, produce marketing content, support product launches, and manage daily marketing operations.

You will work across multiple product lines and future developments, not just a single category. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Branding and Content


• Develop clear and consistent messaging for our product range


• Create marketing content such as graphics, videos, brochures and social media posts


• Translate technical information into simple and compelling messages

Digital Marketing


• Manage website updates, email campaigns and social media channels


• Plan and execute digital campaigns


• Monitor and analyse performance data

Distributor Support


• Prepare marketing kits, sales decks and materials for distributors


• Work with regional partners to ensure consistent brand representation


• Support distributors with promotional planning when needed

Product Launch and Market Insights


• Assist in preparing product launch materials


• Conduct competitor and market research


• Help shape positioning and messaging for new and existing products

Team and Business Support


• Support general business needs when required as part of a small and flexible team


• Help improve internal marketing processes and workflows

What We Are Looking For

Required


• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, branding or digital marketing


• Strong written and spoken English


• Ability to create visually appealing content using professional tools


• Good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks


• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with technical teams

Good to Have


• Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field


• Experience in healthcare, dental, med-tech or B2B technology


• Experience working with overseas markets or distributors


• Familiarity with Adobe tools or other design and editing software


• Ability to perform market and competitor research
