Executive – Social Media & Content Creation is reporting to Director, you will assist in planning company's marketing strategy across the full digital portfolio including website, social media and marketplace stores

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage social media content across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) with engaging storytelling and crisp editing.
  • Craft compelling visuals and copy aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content development with marketing campaigns, sales and promotions.
  • Good knowledge of content creation tools (Editing tools, Canva, social media apps)
  • Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc social media activities and team initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing software
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends)
  • Proven knowledge and experience within B2C social media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
