Job Responsibilities:

1. Packaging & Design

  • Create and design SKU packaging for various products according to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with all departments (marketing, sales, production, and R&D) to ensure packaging meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print materials.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content on company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and others.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all channels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the company's online presence.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on social media performance and content effectiveness.

3. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal departments to align design and marketing strategies.
  • Support in photo/video shoots and content creation as needed.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
