What We're Looking For

  1. Launch & Optimize: Run high-impact campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—then tweak relentlessly to boost conversions.

  2. Test Like a Pro : A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to find what really works (and ditch what doesn't).

3.Monitor & React Fast : Keep a daily pulse on performance. Spot issues (overspend? CTR drop?) and jump in with quick fixes.

  1. Report & Recommend : Deliver clear monthly reports—highlight wins, key insights, and actionable next steps to scale results.

  2. Collaborate & Troubleshoot : Work closely with designers and account managers. Step in fast when tracking breaks or budgets go wild.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven Experience : 2+ years running paid campaigns that convert (Meta & Google Ads a must).

  2. Data-Driven Mindset : Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and digging into performance metrics.

  3. A/B Testing Pro: Constantly testing audiences, creatives, and copy for better results.

  4. Fast Problem-Solving Skills: You spot underperforming campaigns and know how to fix them—fast.

  5. Added Advantage : LinkedIn/TikTok Ads experience or the ability to turn insights into slick, client-ready reports.
