Established in 1999, our client is a privately-owned company that began as a one-stop provider of office equipment. Over the past 25 years, they have expanded into a leading supplier of office automation solutions in the Klang Valley, offering products such as interactive flat panels (IFP), photocopiers, laser printers, fax machines, all-in-one printers, and data projectors.

Location: Cheras, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and staff claim verifications.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to smooth finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (full set preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 Working Days)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS coverage

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
