Overview

Join our Customer Experience (CX) team within the CEO Transformation Office as a dynamic, detail-oriented intern for 3-6 months. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional initiatives and customer-centric projects in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. 

The successful candidate will report to the Manager - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Assist in managing key CX initiatives, including tracking project progress and supporting the planning and execution of workshops, trainings, conferences, or internal events. 

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless program delivery and logistics.

  • Support the design and editing of collateral materials, including presentation slides, newsletters, and basic video content by ensuring all collateral materials adhere to brand, layout and formatting guidelines.

  • Help maintain and update the internal website and content as needed. 

  • Support any other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the team.

Jobholder Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen. 

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent

 

Experience/Requirements

  • Available to commit for the program's entire duration (minimum 12 weeks).

  • Keen interest in customer experience and transformation work.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • A strong visual or creative flair, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or other digital platforms is a plus.
