As our Server Engineer where you'll provide critical infrastructure support for our diverse, multinational client base while advancing your technical expertise in a dynamic environment .

What you'll do:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for VMware, Windows Server (2003–2022), Hyper-V, and backup systems across multiple environments
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers including VMware ESXi, vCenter, Windows, and Linux systems
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor system capacity, conduct health checks, and implement preventive maintenance strategies
  • Support infrastructure projects, disaster recovery planning, and maintain accurate documentation

Must Have:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in server-related support operations
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, ESXi, vCenter, Windows Server, and Hyper-V
  • Fluency in Mandarin (for China support) OR Bahasa Malaysia (for Indonesia support)
  • Willingness to work standby rotations and public holidays for international support

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of backup/restore systems, Microsoft Active Directory, and DNS
