Job Description:

  • Analyze tooling quality and establish inspection standards.
  • Develop 2D prints for new tooling inspection checkpoints based on critical product specs.
  • Create CNC CMM/OMM programs for 3D products considering tooling-product criticality.
  • Test NPI products and provide quality analysis and improvement reports.
  • Collaborate with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor quality metrics and ensure final products meet requirements.
  • Implement continuous quality improvements using related tools.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years manufacturing experience
