Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and handling matters related to property law and conveyancing. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and facilitate smooth legal operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and assist in drafting various agreements.
  • Knowledge and experience in IP, Tenancy, Conveyancing, Company Law, Company Secretarial Matters.
  • Strong understanding of law and its application in corporate and property transactions
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minor supervision with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Law ;
  • Prior legal experience of a minimum of 3 years is required
