POSITION: ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER / SR DIGITAL MKT EXEC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign execution:
     Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Digital marketing:
     Manage social media accounts, create content for digital platforms, and help execute online promotions and campaigns.
  • E-commerce support:
     Oversee e-commerce operations, including order management and performance tracking, and work with vendors to manage digital marketing efforts.
  • Content and brand consistency:
     Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand direction across all platforms.
  • Performance analysis:
     Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:
     Work with other departments, such as Front-line team, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and a smooth ops flow.
  • Market research:
     Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Budget assistance:
     Help with budget management and forecasting for marketing initiatives.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with digital marketing concepts and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in E-comm platform operation & management (Shopify/Shopee/Lazada/TikTok…)

  • 3 years in digital marketing or creative strategy.


·       Knowledge in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut, Canva…).

·       Strong storytelling and visual sense.

·       Experience managing content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube).

  • Knowledge in latest AI ops is always a PLUS
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce & AI Ops are often a plus.
