Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and matching invoices against purchase orders.
  • Execute payment runs for assigned country in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues promptly.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations and related reports.
  • Provide required documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or any relevant fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of account payable experience (preferably shared service environment).
  • Familiar with ERP system.
