The selected Project Manager will join the team supporting a
renowned retail MNC (health, beauty, and supermarket sector)
. The role offers strong career growth potential, including conversion to a permanent position with the end client within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Lead project implementation end-to-end, ensuring alignment across Sales, Cloud Engineering, and R&D teams.
  • Develop and enforce standard project management processes across Malaysia and SEA operations.
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are timely and accurate.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT or technology-related projects
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level software or cloud implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile/SCRUM
    methodologies
  • Certified in
    PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or CITPM
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with engineering or technical teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work in a
    fast-paced, startup-style environment

Bonus Points

  • Regional project management experience in SEA
  • Familiarity with
    cloud technologies
    (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
