**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with the product and engineering team to prioritize feature development.
- Collaborate with the QAteam to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.
- Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.
- Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success Manager for project deliverable
- Develop an integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate to customers.
- Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- Experience working in a SAAS environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
