Technical Project Manager

**TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER/SCRUM MASTER**

of the business.

Working within a small dynamic office environment, this position has plenty of

team and expanding company.**
We are searching for an experienced Project Manager who can drive the company’s

performance, deliver key projects and manage internal and external stakeholders.

As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for organising and facilitating project

planning, daily Scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning,

demos, training and other Scrum-related duties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide hands-on Agile Scrum project management for key IT development

projects
- Working with external clients and 3rd parties to channel all communications

whilst ensuring that all tasks are moving forward and delivered on time
- Being a positive representation of the company to external clients and

service providers
- Prepare communication plans and project status reports to key stakeholders
- Facilitate sprint planning and daily Scrum meetings with the Scrum team
- Management and allocation of tasks amongst the development team
- Be the go-to resource for other team members and management seeking a

status on active tasks
- Encourage and provide a positive environment for development team to

excel
- Develop and innovate on internal systems and processes
- Produce input into the product backlog, user and technical requirement

specifications
- Ensure the project scope and priorities are managed in collaboration with the

business priorities and goals
- Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up to

date with industry changes

- Knowledge and experience in web based coding languages
- Regular user and interest in a range of new technologies, platforms and

devices
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Working with integrations and PHP based content management platforms

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in working with various project management methodologies with

recent involvement in Agile Scrum
- Have 8+ years relevant professional experience and positive references
- Ability to use JIRA or similar project management/Agile tool
- Experience in web/online and app development
- Experience working in a range of industries, company sizes and projects
- Able to go above and beyond expectations
- Fast learner bringing a creative approach to all situations to maximize

effectiveness and efficiency
- Not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to get things done with a can do attitude
- Have a passion for driving excellent business outcomes
- A degree or diploma in the relevant field
- Needs to be self-starter, reliable, motivated and a good problem solver with

good communication skills
- Fluent in English and have suitable experience

**SALARY & PACKAGE**
- Full-time employment within standard business hours Monday to Friday with

flexi-time
- Coverage outside of business hours for key production issues when required
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
