About the role

We are seeking a talented Client Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
  3. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions
  4. Communicate with internal teams to coordinate the resolution of complex client concerns
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer experience
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role is an advantage
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address client queries
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  6. Good command of Mandarin in written and verbal is preferred due to targetted market audiences
  7. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
