Key Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting and review of various legal documents, including commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other related documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on laws and regulatory developments impacting the company.
  • Provide legal advisory support to internal stakeholders across diverse areas such as corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment and labor matters, data privacy, dispute resolution/litigation management, and new business models/products (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, AI).
  • Maintain and manage the contract repository, and assist with legal documentation for corporate exercises, including due diligence activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external legal firms on legal issues, disputes, and other related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of PQE as an advocate and solicitor or in an in-house legal role.
  • Experience in corporate, litigation, commercial, banking, leasing, and property matters.
  • Self-disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated with a dynamic personality.
  • Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
