Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food preparation and service quality to maintain high standards.
  • Coordinate with chefs, service teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and train staff accordingly.
  • Manage budgets and control operational costs, including food and beverage costs.
  • Work with procurement to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Supervise and support restaurant and service staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing for operations.
  • Assist in menu planning and pricing in collaboration with chefs and management.
  • Keep up with industry trends and introduce new food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Maintain records of inspections and take corrective actions as needed.
