Ansible Automation Platform DevOps Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain automated solutions that support scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and application deployments across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Leverage platform features to manage, orchestrate, and scale automation workflows across diverse environments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and modules for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or TeamCity to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security protocols and compliance requirements into deployment workflows.
- Ensure consistent, repeatable deployments by managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure to ensure stability, high availability, and performance.
- Continuously assess and enhance automation processes by adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Stay current with evolving trends in DevOps, automation, and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with strong focus on Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Strong understanding of networking, system administration, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with advanced application deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps security and compliance best practices.
- Additional experience with Python development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10, RM11,000.00 per month
