Our client an established bank located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking for DevOps Automation Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Utilize Ansible features to orchestrate and manage automation workflows across diverse environments.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and modules for infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and configuration management.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or TeamCity to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to embed security and compliance requirements into deployment workflows.
  • Ensure consistent and repeatable deployments through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Ansible.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain system stability, high availability, and optimal performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes by adopting best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in DevOps and infrastructure automation to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in a DevOps role, with a strong emphasis on
    Ansible
    and
    Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
    .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as
    Python
    ,
    Bash
    , or
    PowerShell
    .
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure automation tools and practices (e.g.,
    Terraform
    ,
    Chef
    ,
    Puppet
    ).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like
    Azure
    or
    Google Cloud
    , and container technologies such as
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes
    .
