Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy and proper recording of journals and journal vouchers.
  • Involve in Inventory activities and ensure the closing stock report is accurate.
  • Verify proper purchase and recording of fixed assets.
  • Maintain communication with auditors and provide necessary data and documents for audits.
  • Manage the company's full set of accounts & Preparation of monthly/ financial and management reports.
  • Verify the costing & posing of Sales Invoices & Purchases Invoices into System
  • Handling Annual Audit & liaising with auditors.
  • Update all receipts (AR) & payments (AP) in the System
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, and other transactions
  • Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Provide financial and analytical support to the CFO.
  • Develop, implement and monitor appropriate financial systems, procedures and internal controls to support the efficient and effective operation of the Finance function.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation

Regional & Team Support

  • Work closely with regional offices for finance/admin alignment.
  • Provide assistance for company events, training, and operational projects as required.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations— we grow better together

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification is a plus)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting & compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting systems (BUKKU experience is an advantage)
  • Good leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work on-site in Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
