WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

  • Implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Project Safety Plan (PSP).
  • Supervise on sub-contractors and supervisors.
  • Ensure the quality of work done by sub-contractors.
  • Check on boundary pegs and setting out done by sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcon on external works and infra works.
  • Ensure all site workers are following safety & health procedures.
  • Check, record, and unload delivered materials.
  • Prepare site daily and progress reports.
  • Immediately stop any unsafe work practice and unsafe conditions.
  • Report to the Manager or Safety & Health Officer immediately if any incidents / accidents occur.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager / Project Manager in controlling of budget and ensure that targeted revenue is achieved.
  • Any other duties / tasks as assigned by the Company.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Process 8 years of experience in overall coordination work at project site.
  • Process 5 years of experience in infra and R&D works.
  • Able to understand related construction drawings and good knowledge in construction processes and methods.
  • Knowledge in using of survey equipment (Laser, Dumpy Level, Theodolite)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Knowledge of site safety & health requirements.
  • Familiar with ISO procedures and QLASSIC quality standards would be an added advantage.
  • Taking initiative and being able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Able to accept contract employment (yearly renewable basis).
  • Willing to based at Salak Tinggi
