Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

Kindly note that there will be 2 location that may need to travel Between Indahpura Kulai and  Bandar Tenggara .


• Basic electrical engineering knowledge for hardware interfacing between machines and PCs.


• Experience in network setup and configuration (LAN, switches, IP assignment, and connectivity testing).


• Ability to perform configuration changes, including registry edits and INI file modifications.


• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving production line issues involving both hardware and software.


• Familiarity with industrial equipment communication protocols (e.g., RS232, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or OPC).


• Experience in integrating PC-based systems with manufacturing or test equipment.


• Understanding of system backups, imaging, and software version control.


• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system interface drawings.


• Good documentation skills for system setup records, troubleshooting logs, and configuration management.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams (production, IT, and engineering).


• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Willingness to support production activities and handle on-site troubleshooting when required.
