Job description

  • Support activities that contribute to the achievement of the company's Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) compliance objectives and alignment strategies.
  • Maintain all Quality Management System certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Ensure all processes comply with international standards, customer specifications, and QC rule requirements.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate internal audits for QMS, FSMS, and ESH, ensuring timely closure of findings.
  • Lead and support external audits, including those by customers and certified bodies.
  • Organize and conduct Management Review Meetings for QMS, FSMS, and ESH;prepare management review reports.
  • Oversee document control protocols related to quality, safety and environment – registration, approval, revision, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with external authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct environmental audits and routine safety walk inspections to identify risks and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate and conduct ESH training for all levels of staff to promote a strong safety and environmental culture.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments (HIRADC) and aspect-impact evaluations

Qualification Requirement:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
  • Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (Green Book holder).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QSE management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in preparing and monitoring KPIs and compliance reports.
  • Skilled in analyzing internal/external audit reports and implementing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Experienced in conducting process audits and preparing detailed audit reports.
  • Knowledge of QMS software and documentation tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
