Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support the finance department in daily accounting and payroll-related tasks. This position is suitable for a fresh graduate who is eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records and reports.
  • Handle data entry of invoices, payments, and journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist with basic payroll processing, including verifying attendance records and preparing payment summaries.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and payroll records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
