Job Description

Pendidikan : SPM/SKM/SV

OBJEKTIF KERJA

Membantu pengeluaran produk iaitu Compacted Fertiliser yang memenuhi spesifikasi dan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dari segi fizikal dan nutrisi.

Operasi

  • Memastikan penggunaan bahan mentah untuk setiap kumpulan (raw materials per batch) mencukupi berdasarkan keperluan.
  • Mengawal kelembapan produk dari poin injap yang telah dipasang dalam sistem proses.
  • Membaik pulih dan membersihkan bahagian dalaman Compaction machines supaya tidak tersumbat dengan ketulan-ketulan baja.
  • Memastikan penyaring utama (main screen) sentiasa dalam keadaan baik dan efisiensi tinggi semasa penyaringan.
  • Memastikan pembungkusan produk yang baik dan disusun rapi ke kawasan lojistik.
  • Menjaga lapangan kerja dan mengawal buruh am yang terlibat.

Kualiti

  • Mengambil sampel baja di poin percontohan untuk setiap batch.
  • Menghantar sampel terkumpul untuk basis percontohan 4 jam ke makmal untuk dianalisa.

Housekeeping

  • Membersihkan tumpahan bahan di bawah conveyors, chutes dan mesin.
  • Membersihkan seluruh bahagian mesin compaction selepas setiap operasi.
  • Menjaga dan mengamalkan pengemasan setiap peralatan bawah jagaan masing-masing.

Keselamatan

  • Mengutamakan keselamatan sewaktu menjalankan tugas dan tidak membahayakan orang lain.
  • Membuat laporan kepada Penyelia berkenaan apa-apa kondisi yang tidak selamat atau berisiko membahayakan pekerja di kawasan lapangan.

Disiplin

  • Mematuhi undang-undang syarikat setiap masa.
  • Sentiasa memakai Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) di lapangan kerja.
