We're looking for a confident and creative Live Host cum Content Creator to represent Kocostar — a leading beauty brand — on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

What You'll Do
  • Go live daily on TikTok and Shopee to introduce, promote, and demonstrate Kocostar beauty products.
  • Engage with audiences through product education, live demos, and interactive sessions to boost sales conversion.
  • Understand our full product range — features, benefits, pricing, and promotions — and use those insights to craft engaging and authentic video content.
  • Plan and create weekly short-form videos with the e-commerce and digital marketing team.
  • Build audience excitement with fun activities and giveaways during live sessions.
  • Support the team in on-ground consumer engagement events when needed.
  • Perform other related tasks to help grow the Kocostar brand.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a TikTok content creator, live host, or social media influencer (a plus if in the beauty industry).
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics with good product demonstration skills.
  • Strong communication and on-camera presence to connect with live audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to plan and produce eye-catching TikTok and Meta content.
  • A team player who can work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
  • Willing to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours based on scheduled activities.
