Admin Role
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, memo and making travel/hotel arrangements.
- Assist and handle task of company administrative and HR works especially insurance staff and registration certificate & license.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Operation role
- Prepare monthly project reports
- Daily monitoring of subordinates' work performance to meet the requirements of customers/building management.
- Arrange work schedule for subordinates and monitor their attendance
- To maintain a good working relationship with Project Management team and Project Person in charge.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required skill(s); computer literate, MS Office especially EXCEL, Google Sheet.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administration.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in project management, business administration or any related qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills., organized, time-oriented person & a willingness to learn.
- Prefer Female Muslim
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to start work immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
