Overview of the Position:

In this role, you will represent and promote the BEYUL brand by embodying our values, products, and mission. As a trusted beauty consultant and brand ambassador, you'll inspire confidence in customers and agents through expert skincare advice, product education, and personalized consultations. You will also play a key role in supporting product launches, brand events, and nationwide training sessions to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation: Share in-depth product knowledge and skincare insights with customers and agents in an engaging and approachable manner.
  • Personalized Consultations: Provide tailored beauty recommendations based on individual skin concerns and needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships by offering continuous support and guidance.
  • Events & Activations: Assist in executing product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Workshops & Training: Support the planning and facilitation of beauty workshops and training programs across Malaysia.
  • Content Support: Develop simple product guides, tips, and tutorial materials to help the sales team and customers use products effectively.
  • Team Support: Perform any additional tasks as required to contribute to team success and brand growth.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Certification or diploma in cosmetology is a plus.
  • Experience in beauty, skin care, or cosmetic products will be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise clients effectively
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support different branches or company events/activities.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Working hours: 10am - 7pm
