Secretary (Department) - Port Klang

Job Responsibilities :-
- Act as Administrative function and Secretarial duties for the Department
- Respond to emails others correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed
- Complete accurate daily report documents, memo and invoices
- Provide onboarding support for new staff
- Draft agendas, record minutes and created documents for meetings
- Track employees attendance
- Employee relations management
- Act as communication bridge between departments
- Coordinate communication and messages delivering within superior and headquarters from China and Taiwan with Malaysia
- Apply for external warehouse rental payment utilities fees, and company inbound costs payment
Job Requirements :-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage
- 1 year of related working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and etc. )
- Independent and multi tasking person
