Our client is a large transportation group in Malaysia and they are looking for a Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager, Secretthe organisation and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:Manage corporate secretarial functions for the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Provide secretarial support for Board and Board Committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, compiling and distributing papers, attending meetings, and drafting minutes and resolutions (including Circular Resolutions).Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents, and ensure timely and accurate submission of annual returns, statutory forms, and other required filings.Handle correspondences, collate information, and prepare reports, ensuring decisions made at meetings are communicated to relevant stakeholders.Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as auditors and authorities, on secretarial and compliance matters.Coordinate Board -related logistics, including planning and managing travel arrangements for business trips, trainings, site visits, and official engagements, as and when required.Undertake additional secretarial and administrative assignments as directed from time to time. RequirementsHolds an ICSA/MAICSA professional qualification or a Degree in Law (LLB) or Secretarial Practice.CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent.At least 15 years of corporate secretarial experience.In -depth knowledge of Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, and other relevant statutory regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.Detail -oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast -paced environment.Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
