Key Responsibilities ;

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business needs and company growth.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the right talent and smooth onboarding experience. Oversee performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and annual review exercises to maintain fairness and competitiveness. Foster positive employee relations and drive initiatives to strengthen engagement and culture.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with local labour laws.
  • Supervise HR operations including payroll, leave management, and reporting.
  • Provide HR insights and advice to management to support business decisions. Lead and develop the HR team to deliver effective support across departments.

Requirements ;

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, Employment Act, and people development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a practical and collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment where adaptability is key.
