Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Service / Customer Service Executive to support daily guest operations at our property. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering a positive guest experience by handling guest enquiries, check-in and check-out processes, and resolving issues in a professional manner. Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Front Desk Support

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide accurate information about the property and services.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns via front desk, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Daily Operations Support

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Monitor room readiness and report any issues affecting guest comfort.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain a high level of hospitality and customer service at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat stays and positive reviews.
  • Assist in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare basic daily reports, incident logs, or handover notes when required.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update systems accordingly.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns promptly.

Additional Duties

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or support duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
