Duties and Responsibilities

  • To supervise and monitor all works accordance to contract, method statement, construction drawings and all related specifications.
  • To conduct QAQC and regular inspection to ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and standards set by the consultant, developer / client.
  • Liaise with consultant or project team regarding construction plans/ drawings and site construction issues.
  • To conduct check on materials delivered to site and ensure complying to contract.
  • Identified any construction problems and to make sure it solved by the correct method.
  • To assist Project Manager in managing construction site, checking and reporting the Main-cons / Sub-cons work progress.
  • To keep all relevant documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress of works.
  • Responsible for all site daily inspection works (Architecture, Structures and M&E) including CPC and CCC inspections, defects rectification works.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • To be based at Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
