Role Description
We are looking for a
Protege – Administrative / Documentation (Degree holder)
to join our team at Synerlitz (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. This is a
full-time role based at HQ Synerlitz, Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur
, where you will assist various departments in administrative tasks, documentation, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records for different departments.
- Assist in filing, record-keeping, and tracking documents.
- Support internal teams with reporting, data entry, and follow-ups.
- Help in coordinating meetings, events, or training sessions.
- Assist in audits, inspections, or compliance checks by preparing documentation.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as correspondence, email management, and office supplies tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
in any field. - Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and support various departments.
