Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Surveyor and Analyst to support the company's strategic planning for property rental and acquisition. The role involves conducting market surveys, identifying strategic locations, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys to identify strategic shop lots or properties for rent or purchase.

  • Analyze market conditions to align with the company's property acquisition or rental strategy.

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports supported by data and market research.

  • Monitor and evaluate current property market trends and forecast future developments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure property decisions meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Willing and able to travel for site visits and surveys.

  • Strong understanding of current property market trends and future market forecasting.

  • Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and market research tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
