Job Summary:

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the company's Director, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely chauffeur the company's Director to and from destinations as required.
  • Assist in picking up and dropping off company visitors or guests when needed.
  • Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition — clean, well-fueled/charged, and serviced regularly.
  • Handle occasional personal errands such as grocery runs, document deliveries, and meal arrangements.
  • Walk and care for the Director's small dog when required.
  • Support other drivers or administrative staff for ad-hoc transport duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or management.
  • Pick up, drop off and walk the dog when required (small size dog)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
- Valid Class D and B2 driving licenses.
- Experience driving luxury or electric vehicles is an advantage.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
- Familiar with Penang routes and major highways across Peninsular Malaysia.
- Able to use GPS and other navigation tools effectively.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including extended or overnight trips when required.
- Preferably based on Penang Island.
- Courteous, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Neat and professional appearance with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
