Job Description:

  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, proposals, and cost databases.
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities, in line with building and construction laws.
  • Assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, contract management, and project claims.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering.
  • Evaluate and analyze contractors' and suppliers' quotations and claims.
  • Source, invite, and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors to submit quotations/proposals in accordance with tender specifications.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and assess work completed.
  • Liaise and collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide cost advice throughout different project stages.
  • Review and examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure healthy project margins.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports and documentation for management review.

Job Specifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management or project operations. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
  • Meticulous and systematic in organizing own work processes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with sharp analytical and evaluation abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in 
    Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
