  1. Source and acquire creators at scale to support e-commerce content.

  2. Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform.

  3. Provide ongoing support and training to creators to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases, building courses/training to creators in line with global policies and local strategy.

  4. Ensure/secure resources for creator growth and development in collaboration with product team performance analysis.

  5. Enhance communication between users and improve stickiness, activity, and loyalty of the user group, build up a positive community and incremental of contents.

  6. Mainly to lead more creator to join the TikTok affiliate program and become permanent partners of TikTok MCN

  7. Construction and management of the MCN platform and formulate the short-term and long-term operation plan of the MCN.

  8. Operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationship with MCNs, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently.

Pre - Requisites & Competencies

1. Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.

  1. Got experience in handling customer will be added advantage.

  2. Familiar with different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp/Telegram/TikTok/Instagram

  3. Strong understanding of content especially TikTok, Instagram, and other content driven platforms.

  4. Proficient language in English and Bahasa, as this position is required to support our local celebrity who speak Bahasa Malay.

  5. Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
