Position : Account Executive

Location : Senai

Salary : RM4,000 - RM6,000

Working Days: 5 days

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement financial controls and processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in both English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
