About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Camou Studio & Academy Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our creative studio and academy to a wide audience.
Must Have
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field
- At leat 3 years of international marketing, or corporate sales experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience in education marketing, event marketing, or promotional campaigns
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and data analysis (GA4, Meta Business Suite)
- Able to plan and execute annual or quarterly marketing plans
- Experience in liaising with secondary school teachers or counselors
- Knowledge in event setup, exhibition, and on-site coordination
- Take care of customers' consultation, road shows, education fair and all other events;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Understand cloud-based tools such as Google Drive and Google Sheet for data management and collaboration
- Understand marketing funnel concept and landing page optimization for lead generation
Nice to Have
- Experience in higher education or creative industry marketing
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools)
- Understanding of education fairs, open days, and school collaboration SOP
- Ability to report and analyze marketing performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROI)
- Understanding of Camou Academy's eight creative areas:
- 3D设计 (3D Design), 动态广告设计 (Motion Graphic), 动画设计 (Animation), 平面设计 (Graphic Design), 专业摄影 (Photography), 数码绘画 (Digital Illustration), 影视制作 (Film Production), 音频制作 (Audio Production)
