About the role

Join our dynamic team at SGA Genesis Solutions (Sabah) as an Administration professional. In this full-time role based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operations of our growing organisation. As an integral member of our administrative team, you will contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  2. Manage and maintain detailed records, files and documentation
  3. Assist with scheduling, coordination and organisation of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
  5. Support the implementation of office procedures and policies to enhance productivity
  6. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
